For work on vehicles: include model, registration number, meter reading, and what you need help with, alternatively which service was last performed, etc. to facilitate and shorten the processing time.

For electronics and technical equipment work - Try to include the model/serial number and as detailed a description as possible of what you need help with.

With items sent in, we recommend that they be properly packaged to minimize the risk of damage in transit. then preferably double-boxed with packing material and antistatic where required.

    Med objekt som skickas in rekommenderar vi att det paketeras ordentligt för att minimera risken för transportskador. Då gärna dubbel-boxat med packmaterial och antistatiskt där det rekommenderas.
