Efter ett arbete delar vi en länk till en folder i Google-drive. Där du hittar en arbetsorder med noteringar & text som stegvis följer den arbetsprocess som utförts. Men även bilder som följer hela arbetet, kategoriserade efter arbetsmoment i sub-folders.
Länken ligger aktiv i 14 dagar efter utfört arbete och delas enbart med dig. Underlaget är under samma period tillgänglig för dig att ladda ned och behålla som en värdehandling på obestämd tid!
Lika genomskinligt och ärligt som det alltid borde vara för kunden!
This is how we work
Individual assessment and pricing of each individual assignment!
We always look at your particular case and make an assessment of what it would cost to troubleshoot, repair or install. Then you can decide for yourself whether you want to proceed with the repair or not.
If you choose at this stage not to repair (under the electronics category) and return the product in the same condition as it was handed in, we will only charge a small troubleshooting fee of SEK 249 incl. VAT for the time we spent.
(sometimes we offer to keep your defective product as a replacement. And use as a "donor" with spare parts for other projects)

But can it be repaired?
We assume that everything will work.
But it's up to you as a customer to decide if it's worth it! Both purely financially but also for personal reasons.
Therefore, we always go through together with you and compare what a new or equivalent product would cost to buy (if this is available). We are always open to new suggestions and help you compare options according to your wishes and budget!

We like to always maintain an open dialogue directly with you as the client.
We let you follow the entire work process through documentation and descriptive images.
This is so that everything is crystal clear - So that we can easily show and explain what we did, how we did it and why.
